Frequently Asked Questions (F.A.Q's)

She Got Cake is located in Bay Shore, New York.

Delivery is recommended; however, delivery is based on availability and distance.  Pick up of treats is also available.  Please be mindful of the pick up time that is stated on invoice.  Late pick ups will be subjected to an additional fee.

We recommend refrigerating all cakes until a hour or two before serving. If cake will be in a humid area please do not leave cake sitting out for a long period of time.  Cakes CAN MELT If it is too hot!!  Treats such as cookies, cakepops and other treats don't need to be refrigerated.

Rush orders can not be guaranteed.  However, based on availability we will try our best to accommodate your request . Rush orders are subjected to an additional fee on top of order balance.  

Once details of the order are finalized, you will receive an invoice that needs to be paid within 24  .  If invoice is not paid within 24  the invoice will be cancelled.  Once an invoice is cancelled it will not be resent.

Once deposit is made, your order is secure and blocked out of She Got Cake's calendar.  All deposits are non-refundable; however, under certain circumstances we will try and accommodate a date change if possible.
